Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and despatched from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

 

Orders will normally be shipped within 24 hours from receipt of order. Orders placed before noon will be dispatched on the same day.

Goods are delivered Mon-Fri before 1pm.

​

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you will be in site to receive your delivery. 

​

If your order fails to reach you at your address and is returned to us via our shipping partner, we will notify you within 24 hours to arrange re-delivery (Ireland only). You will also be liable for the original outbound and return shipping cost. If we do not hear from you within 5 working days of this notification, we will process a refund minus a delivery fee of the cost of both the outbound and return legs of the delivery.

For orders outside Ireland, if our shipping partner is unable to deliver, or delivery is refused, we will not be liable to arrange re-delivery. We will then process a refund minus the cost of both the outbound and the return shipment leg to our warehouse plus a re-stocking charge of up to 25% of the value of the goods.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is received and this will usually be within 48 hours, but in any event within 7 days of your order.

Should you have asked to book a next day delivery service we will undertake to ensure that your order is booked in a timely fashion on a next day service. However we are not liable for the actions of our shippers and we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered the next day. Should the next day service fail to make delivery for whatever reason the delivery will be the day after or in the case of Friday being the original delivery day the following Monday. We do not offer a refund for failed next day delivery. Vinehall Displays is not liable for the action of the shippers in this instance.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been dispatched to you.

Custom, Duties & Taxes

​

If you are ordering product for delivery to an address from outside the European Union (EU) including the UK an estimated Import Fees and custom charges may apply. 

​

Duties and taxes are calculated according to the shipping destination's customs regulations. Typically, this calculation is based on our product price and shipping, before any promotions. This allows destination country customs authorities to obtain the accurate import duties and taxes owed to them based on the actual value of the goods.

​

Lost goods

​

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your email order receipt please notify us, quoting the order number on your receipt. Your notification must be in writing to info@vinehall.ie. Once we have located your shipment and its history we will contact you to organise a fulfilment plan.

 

Liability

​

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall endeavor to make good the delivery in the form of replacement products as soon as possible. However we have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem at info@vinehall.ie within 7 working days of the received delivery of the goods in question.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. All good must be returned in the same packaging and in the same condition as when they were purchased. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
